designer (up to 2 options) and the first draft of your project cost0.

Based on the proposal given by the designer, finalize your Floor Plan.
Book your order.
Pay 10% of the project cost for booking your order.
Finalize materials, finishes & fittings from a variety of options.
Once material selected, get the 3D of your bespoke home along with the final project cost.
Confirm your order with 50% advance of the final project cost.
A dedicated project manager is introduced and assigned to your project for keeping all the checks for an on-time project tracking & delivery.
All onsite work starts (Civil, Waterproofing, MEP, etc.)
All final dimensions to as close as (MM) are taken for furniture manufacturing at the factory which is certified by the PM.
The complete site is cleaned and prepared for the delivery & installation of the furniture and fittings. Pay the remaining 40% for complete furniture and fittings onsite delivery.
All furniture is installed on site and QC report for project handover is prepared by the PM.
